Lung cancer ribbon tattoo ideas?

My dad passed away back in may of 2013 and I want to get a lung cancer ribbon tattoo on my inner left bicep. I want it black and white because the pearl color wouldn't show anyways on my skin considering I'm Caucasian. I want it to cover my inner bicep. I was thinking like the ribbon kinda flowey with my dads birthday in it. But I just don't know. Any idea is welcome. (No religious)

The first thing you need to do is talk to an artist, tell them you want to keep the tattoo with in $160 (as its nice to leave a 20 to 30 tip IF you think the work is worth it) I think getting the coral orchid with a small cancer awareness ribbon wrapped around the stem or entire flower would look very pretty.

That's a nice tribute to yr dad.

A black ribbon outline with your dads bday written on one side is a good idea agree,

or yr dads bday written underneath the ribbon?

or around the outside of the ribbon, like along the top?

I am usually against "ink" on the human body. I have NONE.

BUT I understand why you want this. SO, IF I were you and going to do this, I would put it on my LEFT Shoulder back. This is more of a "Salute to your Father. It is Honoring his sacrifice to you in giving you life.
