Tell her that you don't like her in that same way and that they're wasting their time on you because it's just not gonna happen.

I don't know your situation but what I do know is that if they spend time with you and they never do anything to betray your trust then you don't tell them that.

Tell her you're uninterested. Or that "it couldn't work out". She'll get over it soon, trust me.
