Filed w2 with 2 different sites?

I just finished filing a w2 and realized I left another w2 from another job. I tried to file the one i missed on the same site but could not. I went to another site to file the other one, will this be OK or will it get rejected, please help.

You can only efile 1 return. You must include all w2's the first time. Now you will have to do an amendment 1040x once you receive your refund.

You can't file two returns. No, it is not OK, yes it will get rejected. ONE return with all income.

You have to file an amended return, adding the new income and paying back what you got that you shouldn't have.

You can't do it that way. The second one can't be filed by itself. You have to "amend" (change) what you already filed. But you don't have to use either site to do that. You can use Form 1040X ( http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040x.pdf ).
