My tv native size is 16:9 but when i move my resolution to that it gets super blurry and even more is cut off. all my drivers seem to be up to date and I've checked everything on my TV and nothing lets me fix it though it.

Could you give us a specification as to what graphics card you're using? I see this problem most common on AMD graphics cards, such as mine, and if that's the case, then you should right click your desktop and go to Catalyst Control Center, on the left open My digital flat panels, and then click scaling options and move the overscan ticker to the right.

read the TV manual for a list of resolutions it accepts , TVs don't take all resolutions like monitors, in the picture menu there is usually a VGA screen size adjustment
