I think landscapes are pretty easy to draw followed by objects followed by animals. I've never really drawn people, except as a sketch, or vehicles, so I can't speak to that.

1. Landscaping - if it contains water in the picture, then yes that can be hard, but other than that, a landscape can be pretty easy to draw
2.Helicopters and Jets - hard - straight lines and precise details are very hard to achieve.
3. Sports cars- no not really. If you visualise very well and use straight lines - it can be very easy.
4. People - yes and no. There are different styles of art - you can have still life , which is extremely hard,
Then you've got cartoon style which is moderately hard
If you've got a eye for detail then you can draw anything

It really comes down to a matter or choice and what one is then wanting to create and be most comfortable with. Its the adventure, challenges and satisfaction one can come from such efforts.
As I've know others who did very well with any particular one, and not having an ability (or real desire) to attempt to do anything else. (Boring.)
This then is why you have those in the arts and the (commercial) industry that may have a partnership with another to be able to present an entire and complete examples, or projects for illustrations, cartooning, animation and other advertising media.
One who is best at something would be a 'specialist', exclusive of what they can do (as a title in the medical fields) or other fields of industrial art and design.
Each example you gave would only be as hard as one who'd be most comfortable (or not) in creating that category.
Keep in mind, however, everything mentioned has relative application in what can be done as all forms of drawing. Certainly can be but a simple method of approach, from one to another, for any reproduction or representation of the actual subject. And, continued imagination.
All a matter of getting the hand to go along with what the mind is willing to accomplish through application, practice and patience.
And starting with (any) simple sketching, is but the root of what anyone will have to begin with when going into any format, media or subjectmatter.
Freehand, perspectives, drafting, engineering, graphics or digital program assistance involved.
Been there, seen it, done it.

Elephants are good especially if you just do a basic linear drawing which invloves drawing the outline, outlining the surrounding envirnment a little and drawing the wrinkles in the skin on the give the elephant realism and a 3D shape. This means no shading and is pretty quick and easy to do.
