You have a lot of Scorpio in your chart but your rising sign is Capricorn; if you get your chart from astro.com or astrolabe, you enter your birth details (4th Nov.94 @ 11.28am) and you get your chart you don't need to do anything else.
I don't know what you mean by risings though. Rising refers to the sign that was coming up over the eastern horizon at your moment of birth; it's also known as the Ascendant.
There's nothing "weird" about your chart, though your career or public life should mean quite a lot to you; staying at home won't be high on your priorities most likely.
