Is the human caused global warming hoax an excuse to drive up energy prices?

Update:

@Chris; Have you bought a gallon of gas, lately? Paid an electric bill? Still living in your mom's basement, eh?

Update 2:

@Larry,,,,,first of all, you have no proof of that percentage of "accredited climate scientists" so quit blowing smoke. Any time someone says, " the debate is over" it means that you don't have any kind of argument that will work, do you? Secondly, where do you get that crap about speculators? MSNBC, I imagine, along with your other insipid argument.

It's not a hoax. There isn't enough money in the world to bribe 97.5-99.5% of the world's accredited climate scientists. The debate is over.

Energy prices go up largely because of fossil fuel speculators.

Yes Its one of the biggest weapons thats ever been used against energy, especially hydro-carbon fuels. Thats all its about. Hatred of oil, coal, and gas and the power and money they've wielded during the 20th century.

Is there any incentive is for 95% scientists to lie? They don't get bigger paychecks based on the truth of their hypotheses, if that's what you're thinking. You know who does though? Everyone whose business model relies on fossil fuels. Those people have a every incentive to lie.

edit: I don't see how higher energy prices is an incentive for scientists to lie. The opposite, if anything. Seems like you're shooting yourself in the foot on that one.
