Bartenders: what's your opinion on these drinks?
I'm not 21 yet, so I don't have a good grasp on bar cocktails, but I'd like to order something more refined than Rum/Coke or Vodka/OJ when I do.
What do you think about these drinks? (how common/difficult to find, what you'll think of me, worth trying, other tips, etc.).

It depends on what you like drinking, fruity, creamy, strong alcohol flavors, etc. So it is hard to recommend with very little information. A good bar tender would ask you these sort of things and then recommend something.
