Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
Bulk sales change prices.
I know I can get bread in the UK for £1, I know I can get bread in Europe for about €1.20... So it's the same. The money making element of it is cosmic.

No.
A commodity has the same price globally Such as oil. gold, wheat, cocoa, etc.
Some items become commoditised such as computer chips.
But not chocalate bars.

Nope. And even in the shops that they are sold from. For example the price of a chocolate sold at coles would be different to the one that is sold at Kmart.

Supply and demand drives all prices. Gas in Venezuela is practically free since they have so much of it. Ice in the middle of the desert may cost a lot. Get the idea?
