I can't see anybodies ratings on Hot or Not?

I've had the Hot or Not app for a few days now and can't seem to see anybody's ratings let alone my own. I know I should have a rating because I have more than three pictures and a lot of connections. The rating thing doesn't even show up on any of the profiles and it's really bugging me out. Can you help me fix the problem? Also if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all.
