what is the best review book if I really want to understand the concepts and math because sometimes I don't understand what the teacher says and I want to learn the material so I can be good with it.

The books i have read are not that great. Go to youtube.com and search for khan academy. They have an extensive library of videos on many subjects including science math chemistry etc. These videos are worth more than any book you could ever purchase and are completely free and super easy to understand.
