What is your opinion on Patrick Swayze's acting in Dirty Dancing?
not dancing, but acting. i was so confused whene i watched the movie because i thought that Johnny Castle didn't love Baby and was just using her because of his face expressions. no offence, he's a great dancer, i just got a little confused

He was alright. I'm not the target audience for that film. I'm not even sure why I watched it. I generally prefer low budget horror films or pretentious art-house films. I guess I was bored and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I still don't get why people obsess over it, but the movie was pretty watchable as far as melodramatic romantic dramas go.

He was the best of that movie. I never got Baby's character. No idea why he fell for her or why he says she 'saved' him. Patrick's performance was great. He played his character as he was supposed to.
At least that's my opinion.
