Exaggerate cold? how?
my throat has been hurting since wednesday but my parents (r docters) say its nothing. i feel exhausted and nauseous after school and have to stay home tomorrow. Please i know im stupid for this but i have to i feel so awful right now.

treat the pain with advil or Tylenol, drink more water, run a vaporizer when you're sleeping, use a nasal rinse or neti pot each morning, wash your hands better, treat any allergies, & follow up with your doctor.
