Red eye tree frog skin problem?

So I recently got some red eye tree frogs and one of them has like a rash on one of it's legs. The best way I can describe it is like a nose rub but on it's leg. Does anyone have an idea on how to cure it? I read that polysporin will help cure nose rub but I'm not sure if it'll work the same. If anyone has had this issue please tell me how its caused to prevent it from happening again.

Update:

It looks like the infection is eating away at the flesh because I see some pink and white so I'm assuming the bone and flesh. I'll try finding an exotic vet around but any suggestions? I put some antibiotic ointment on the wound and the frog is in quarantine now.

Sounds pretty serious and needs a vets attention. It's good that you put some ointment on it. Make sure that you keep it's quarantine container nice and clean until it sees a vet. Make sure there is plenty of humidity in the cage. My thought is that low humidity could have caused it's skin to get a bit dry, causing it to chafe. Good luck and I hope for the best!
