Pimple on lip?
So I was just sitting at my computer and all of a sudden noticed something that looks like a pimple on the inside of my bottom lip. It doesn't hurt and it doesn't really look like a cold sore. What could it be?

If you think it's a pimple it's a pimple. 90% of the worlds population has cold sores. (Cold sores are a form of herpes)
