Sounds sore, are you in any pain? From your description it sounds like dry skin. Do you moisturise on a day to day basis? Jack,as long as it is not hurting you,keep an eye on it for a few days,it should clear in that time,if it does not then consult your GP in order to be on the safe side.I feel sure it's nothing to worry about.
