if life was found on other planets, how would you as a Christian react?

I would be very intrigued. I think it's perfectly viable that we might find life on other planets (eventually), just like it was very viable that the Europeans would find life in the New World before they sailed there.
It wouldn't really change much, unless we found beings with similar intelligence, I suppose. Then I would have a lot of questions, for example - does God's love for humans extend to these intelligent beings? I'd think it probably should. What would be really interesting would be to find out whether they had a similar concept of God, or not.

this one someday, anyway.
