First of all, Brits are Englishmen respectively. And 57 kilograms is roughly 116 U.S> pounds. So the equivalent to your weight would be about 62.5 Kilograms.

Depends. Most people would probably use stone and pounds: "8 stone 13". Some might use kilograms in which case see the other answers.

We would know what you meant :) Nowadays, we weigh ourselves in kilos, but not long ago it was in stones and lbs.

*By the way, you are quite correct in saying Brit. English is correct if it refers to the language we speak, but the UK is made up of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and England; and you can't call a Scot English ;) So you are right.
