i bought this monitor used from a computer fair. When i got home I hooked it up to my computer to check it out. It turns on normally, the screen lights up for about 2 or 3 seconds then shuts itself completely off. I have looked at several troubleshooting sites on the internet for help, but none seem to address this particular problem. The images on the screen and the color seemed fine (for those few seconds i can see them) and the power cord / power supply is in good condition and the right one for the monitor.

does anyone out there know what the problem might be or have any advice on how to fix?

we have this in our family. The children who are first cousins all look very alike. If one was looking at their DNA, wouldnt it show as siblings since their mothers and fathers both had identical dna?

my daughter has it she is in the hospital in intensive care. her husband who dislikes me refuses to allow me to see her or give me any info. they have her in a medically induced coma. note...he has beat her up on a regular basis an been arrested for this many times. how can they let him make decisions for her. any advise here would be appreciated...i am falling apart. the hospital wont tell me anything. i know its very serious...

I flew from calif to anchorage alaska in december in the middle of a blizzard to be with a guy for a weekend..The pilot actually had to land the plane by computer because there was no visibility. it was a cargo plane i was jumpseating on....i worked for an overnite airfreight company, employees got to fly for free anywhere......i will always remember it ( and him ) as one of the best times i have ever had. It was totally illogical, immoral and completely self-indulgent. and i wouldnt trade that memory for anything! So, whats you story?
