Will letting Sweat dry on face cause acne?

I stopped using products and started doing the caveman regimen recently and it has worked wonders for me. However one set back is when i sweat during workouts, I wash it in the shower with soap (Which I assume is breaking me back out a little every few days).

when i go without water on my face for a week or so my face looks great. So would it be better if i just let the sweat dry on my face so i wont have to worry about getting it wet in the shower (which i also assume is filled with minerals causing my acne) or will it make it worse?

I do want to say that I've let it dry on my face once before and nothing happened over the next few days but that was also around the time my acne was much milder.

There's actually a couple of remedies. First, Aspirin is the same thing as salicylic acid...the main ingredient in most acne medications. Take a couple tablets and crush them up very fine. Add a little water to make a paste, apply to affected area. Also tea tree oil is a great remedy. Another one I have used is peppermint soap with REAL peppermint extract. I found an all natural store that sold it. I washed my face twice a day with it, it was very cooling and refreshing, it cleared my acne up and it didn't irritate my face at all! Good luck!
