Has anyone ever taken Lorazepam and SAM-e at the same time? how'd it work out for you?
Lorazepam 0.5 mg (low dose)
with the all natural mood enhancer 'SAM-e complete'
its for healthy mood, and the lorazepam is an anti-anxiety med. is it safe to take these two together? or do they cancel eachother out? or any professional opinions?
I don't want to take anti-depressants I've heard from many people's personal experience they don't really help that much...

You're better off without the Lorazepam. If you can stop taking it, do so. If you can't, consider what that means, and discuss it with prescriber.
I'm aware of the "personal experiences" that anti-depressants don't work. Most often they are from those who did not take them as prescribed, for very long, or even at all.
Natural substances that block serotonin re-uptake work on the same mechanism as those from a lab.
SAM-e is unregulated, and there are more questions than answers. No one knows what it is capable of. That could be potentially good, or not.
