Can I run games with a 2.2 ghz processor?
Hello I'm looking to find out if I can run games like assasin's creed iv on my computer
my specs are:
Intel core i3-2330M cpu @2.2ghz processor
6.1 RAM
Intel hd graphics 3000(looking to upgrade graphics card)
So if i upgrade my graphics card will I be able to run the latest games? I don't really care much about graphics and am fine running at minimum settings, I just want it to play smoothly. My main concern is my processor is just too outdated

Your mobile Core i3 processor can handle games, but your integrated Intel graphics CANNOT. And since you can't upgrade integrated graphics, you're simply out of luck. Sell that one, and put it towards a new one that IS suitable for gaming. One equipped with a decent nVidia or AMD GPU.

No, you may be able to play AC4 on the lowest settings with about 20 FPS. You definitely need to upgrade your graphics card, and probably your CPU(Processor) to a i5 (That's the recommended CPU for AC4). Also getting more powerful equipment raises the power needed which you may need to buy a new power supply to support it and more ram if your PC has 2-4 GB to give more room to the GPU(Graphics card) if it has 1-2GB of dedicated memory.

Your gpu is integrated so there is no upgrading it just gettting a new one. (Integrated means just there premade to motherboard but not really a gpu) and yes you need better cpu like i5 3570k thats a beast and not to costly
