First start with yourself. You really have to open yourself up emotionally to the possibility of starting a sexual relationship. Changing a few things about yourself if you want too isnt bad either. You really have to make sure that your self esteem is up. These things are really important. When you've done that start doing activities that you know have guys involved. Im also 20 and when I wanted to find guys I would go to the bar/club, join groups at my school, or do various other things on the weekend with my friends where we know we could find guys at. Dont filrt with a dude that you feel like you will have to be fake with. A relationship with someone like that will never work out. It really isn't that hard to find one if you are willing to put some effort in it...But dont make finding one your top priority. Sometimes random situations happen and the next thing you know youve met the perfect person. Thats how I met my boyfriend it was out of nowhere really. Anyway hope this helps.

So school has clubs to join, join one that interest you, when you meet people with like interests that is the way to make friends which can turn into relationships. Another place is church, share faith, make friends, relationships happen.
