how to get muscles?
i am desperately trying to get bigger in size , I am not weak but im not as strong as id like to be, I don't have much workout stuff, just a pull up bar for a door and a 20 lbs weight. the main places I need muscles is my pecs. any suggestions

So you want to work your chest? We'll if you have a bench press you need to do raps, also putting your hands farther out ( closer to the weights) will work your chest more. Hope I helped (:

1): Workout, if you can't do heavy workout then atleast do light exercise daily
2): Eat 2 boiled eggs(just white part) daily with black pepper on it, drink milk and eat boiled Potatoes
