6 weeks pregnant and having bleeding, baby is also smaller?

i am 6 weeks pregnant and having bleeding in modarate amount. baby is also 2 week smaller than usual.

I am very scared. At that point I must inform that I usually had irregular period of delayed by 5-10 days. I usually had period also for long like 9-10 days though heavy flow for 3-4 dyas only.

I probably ovoluted on 15th or 16th in last month. Now as per my calculation if this time period delayed by 10 days I would have it on 13th/14th.

form aroung 27th/28th of last month I was getting breat soar and then from 4th palpitation. those diminished around 9th of this month. on 12th my pregnancy test turn positive.

from 13th evening I am getting bledding not heavy or huge but significant amount and of red color clear blood. Went to doctor. The baby is scaned and said 2 week smaller than usual.

I had sleepless night 'coz doctor said there is amlost no hope.

I am already 34 years few months.

So the issues in short:

1. I am 34 years old

2. my periods were irrugular from starting

3. Now I am pregnant

4. Till having period like blood at the time of normal period timimg

5. My baby is 2 week smaller than usual

6. doctor has prescribed me some injection once in 3 days to stop bleeding

7. after 1st injection yesterday noon, bleeding is not stopped, It was less in last afternoon and evening, but today morning it was modarate like last morning a bit less in amount.

Can anyone advice me? I have really have mot much faith on doctor's words, because they never have patience to hear us completely and neither they question all the details. they never consider each patient as seperate individual and treat in a formulated way.

So if someone advice me here after going the complete details I shall be thankful. May some sincere doctor go through my question.
