Does a scope need to be fully on scope rail?
Mounted a scope on my air rifle (a stoeger x20 .22) it's on a dovetail to weaver adapter so if I wanted I could have the scope only an inch on the rail and it's still very solid I'm just not sure it will keep it zeroed in. It's very solid how it's mounted and much more comfortable to shoot. Anyone know if it's worth doing?
