Why is NYPD unreasonable? Need some help.?

I got a summons for exercising my rights.

I got off school at around 2:40 and I was waiting down the block in front of a deli for my dad to pick me up. Well I usually get there and my dad is usually there. So I just enter the car, and leave. But it's different now he's not there and I'm just waiting, a female officer approached us and told me and some other kids "you have to move, now." They comply but I don't because why? So I just stand there and mind my own business, then ..

female officer #1 : "you have to move."

me: "i'm waiting for my dad to pick me up."

female officer #1 : "you still have to leave now."

female officer #2 enters.

me : "why?"

female officer #1 & #2 : both spoke at the same time, basically same point. Along the lines of it's their job and I'm not allowed to stand there.

me : "im on a public street, and i'm out of school, and I'm waiting for my dad, I won't answer anymore questions. "

female officer #1 : "do you have your id."

me : "i don't answer questions."

female officer #1 : " 10- something, pick up.

-waiting and looking around for my dads car-

basically other people come, ask for id, and I say "right to remain silent."

about 4 male cops approach from my left and 1 from my right. ( who was un-knowledgeable about rights, nor where I was found.

So they walk me back to school and into a small room, where they continue to ask my why I didn't comply and I told them around 6 times. Basically I got a summons....
