How do anti-abortion Christians feel about God terminating pregnancies as a punishment?

Exodus 23:25-26 Worship the LORD your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, and none will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will give you a full life span.

The bible is corrupt; the bible has been changed around 25,000 times. There are 5000 Greek manuscripts alone--all which contradict each other. There are 41,000 denominations of Christianity, all which claim to be right.

God of the bible is a big fan of killing infants; such as Elisha sending bears to slaughter pagan infants and children. Or God Himself killing all first born males in Egypt.

Because they believe "God" (actually the petty tribal deity Yahweh) is exempt from His own rules... and in fact from any rules whatsoever. Likewise with anyone following His orders. (Didn't the Nazis say "I was only following orders"?) But they are wrong... above Yahweh is a Wyrd which not even He can defy. Wryd is strongest.

Not to mention the bible outlines a procedure for detecting unfaithful wives with "bitter water" that causes abortion and infertility.

That does not show that a miscarry is a punishment.
