Pain under my Achilles' tendon where the tendon attaches to the heel?

I'd say it started about a month ago, when I go back into training, such as hill sprints, lifting weights, and a lot of explosive workout, it doesn't hurt when I'm warmed up and doing the workout, but when I'm cooled down I can feel a slight pain walking around, just a slight pain it has gotten progressively worse. Now the weird part is that when I squeeze inside of my calf like the left side of my right calf about 4 inches below my knee where the bone is at I feel a lot of pain at that location and a lot of pain right under my Achilles as well all from squeezing that area or just a little pressure on that area I feel pain, I just turned 20 and I'm trying for the triple and long jump, what's the problem, is it a nerve from the symptoms or the actual tendon? Thank you and what can I do?

Update:

Martha I stretch, every athlete knows that but thanks, and Apollo I have jumped since I graduated high school I go to a community college I'm trying to transfer to a d2 school that's why I'm training

Some good stretches for your Achilles' tendon include stair raise, which is where you stand with your toes on the edge of the stairs or a bench and then drop your heels below the stairs and rise up, repeat this a few times with a short break in between and do each raise fairly slow. Also if it is ever painting you just stop and if you still feel no results I recommend you take a week off. Also try stretching the calf are aswell and ice it after exercise and before you go to bed.
