How come YA doesn't know how to do simple Arithmetic ?

Maybe you should have read the email Yahoo sent out, instead of just deleting it. It explains what's going on.

Here's the email:

Best Answer: Starting this week, the Best Answer will be chosen by the asker only. There's no time limit for askers to choose the Best Answers and new answers can be added at any time to questions with at least one answer. As part of this change, community voting for Best Answer will no longer be available.

Highest rated answer: The highest rated answer will show at the top if there is no Best Answer and is chosen by the community through thumbs-up and thumbs-down ratings, so be sure to keep rating answers.

Recent and Popular questions: Starting a week from now, to rate the latest answers you will be able to see Recent and Popular questions for all categories in place of Open, In Voting and Reference labels.

We know that you may be concerned that your best answer rate may be affected by these changes. We're actively looking to improve the ways we recognize and reward genuinely good answers and we'd love to hear your ideas on that.
