I have genital warts will they goa way without treatment?

I got fla few warts I did blood test for stds and came back negative for all the mayor more serious illnesses.

Ive read sonewhere that warts can go away on thir own in a few months. Im not big on the whole having nitrogen or chemicals on my pubic area. Can my body fight the infection on its own?

I always been the health freak type I stuff myself with good foods and water and I take good care of general health and higiene.

So will I be okay if left untreated? Im not planing on having sex any time soon anyway

You read wrong. If they went away on their own, you wouldn't have caught them. They are contagious. This is a serious. There is a very strong connection between genital warts and cancer, particularly cervical cancer in women. You are at risk. Unless your embarassment and phobia about doctors is more important to you than staying alive, see a doctor. Really. Get a Pap smear now, and from now on. Cervical cancer is relatively easily treated, if it's detected early. Nice people can pass on nasty diseases, and trust is no substitute for a condom. AIDS isn't the only serious condition that's passed on by intimate contact. You now have a contagious disease, which threatens your life and anyone who has contact with you, or with someone who has contact with someone who has had contact with you, and so on. Safe sex isn't optional, it's necessary. In Canada, there is a vaccine which has become available just recently, which protects young women against HPV (human papilovirus). It won't do you any good now, but it will protect people who haven't been in contact with the virus (your daughters?) If you don't get treated, you could pass it on to them before or during birth.

Even if they disappear, I think you will still have the virus. This means that any children will be C-Section births because of the potential for infection. Sorry.
