Should I get a full head of foils or a full colour?
I am going to the hairdressers soon to get my colour changed and hair cut. I am a medium brown at the moment and want to go a dark chocolaty brown with some red on the side and in the fringe. I am a bit confused on whether I should get a full colour or full head of foils. Are foils only when going from brown to blonde or are they generally better to use on any colour?

foils can be any color! They're sort of more like highlights and its nice because part of your current color will still be there, while if you do a full dye youre reaaaaally gonna have to keep up on it or youll get bad roots. I do foils on a regular basis!
