No his current "bad boy" attitude isn't going to do him any favors. He shouldn't start rapping, we already had Vanilla Ice - and Justin will never be as good as he was. lol
He should keep his promise about retiring, and just enjoy himself away from the spotlight. :-)

He still has approximately 10 years for full laryngeal maturation.. Who knows what will happen, it all depends on what his vocal anatomy decides to mature. Only time will tell.

Well, he should look out for another career in life. Or he will be broke in no time. He is been misusing his fame, and if he continues, he might end up broke.
