Camry-adjust parking brake as drum wears?
Do I have to adjust parking brake as time drum brake wears, how often/miles is recommended?

there is a fine line here but if you can actuate the lever more than so many clicks, then it is due for an adjustment. many auto adjust but you can look up the specks for that one in the book up the specs and go from there. yes, they are semi self adjusting but still, it might be due to be adjusted. i have dome mine more than a few times.

Not usually, it's more like warning indication that you need new rear drum shoes / brake service work done.

No. Just use the parking brake on occasion. The rears are self-adjusting.
