Can I shampoo my hair before using apple cider vinegar?
Is it ok if i shampoo my hair first before spraying apple cider vinegar into it and rinsing it? My hair is course and kinky lol.

it is perfectly fine. it is actually safer to use this rather than shampoo because of all the chemicals in it. check out naptural85 on YouTube ... she is amazing and has a lot of info about your hair type and has recipes for deep conditioners and different hairstyles and stuff. I have a 4b, 4c curl pattern so I know about thick course hair lol. hope this helps.(btw you can check out my instagram page to see my hair type and different styles I do @tayhen123 :p )
