I'm at a point in my weight loss journey where it's getting harder to lose weight. I'm sort of at the plateau region. How do I get out of it and lose more weight? I was thinking of working out twice as much as I normally do. Cardio in the morning and pilates or yoga at night. Is it safe to do that and what other things can I do to lose more weight?

I have a blackberry now and it's time for a new phone. I just wanted to know which phone is all around better.

My cousin has a tear in her tendon and she will go into surgery. She is a ballet dancer. Does anyone know how long it takes to heal completely from the surgery and if she'll be able to dance again? She's 14, if that helps.

Ok, so I have the blackberry 9700 and I am trying to update it since my phone tells me to update it to 6 OS. I have tried to update it but it doesn't work. The blackberry website tells me that there are no available updates. I currently have the version 5 and I want to update it but I have no clue how. I really need help. I really want this update.
