How do I break through my weight loss plateau?
I'm at a point in my weight loss journey where it's getting harder to lose weight. I'm sort of at the plateau region. How do I get out of it and lose more weight? I was thinking of working out twice as much as I normally do. Cardio in the morning and pilates or yoga at night. Is it safe to do that and what other things can I do to lose more weight?

It's normal for your weight loss rate to taper off after a while. Your body is smaller now, and requires fewer calories than it used to. Your metabolism is still adjusting to that.
Workouts do use calories, but it's aerobic exercises such as running, bicycle riding, swimming, or even walking, that burn up a lot of calories.
If you keep consuming 10% fewer calories than your body would ordinarily use, your rate of weight loss will soon pick up again.

By pushing yourself harder. Your body wants to retain weight and keeps adapting to counter your "weight-loss shenanigans."
So you need to keep increasing the intensity so your body on it's...toes.
