    I'd be prepared to argue about the validity of the term "theocracy," but I see the general opinion is against me, so I will yield. Henceforth, let any one religious law be sufficient to qualify a government as a "theocracy"--even if that religious law does not involve a belief in a god.

    This means that Richard Dawkins' proposal, that no parents be permitted to teach their religious beliefs to their children, qualifies as promotion of a theocracy.

    If the number of religious laws is greater than zero, its a theocracy.
