Is Chandler Parsons a top 5 SF?
With the first 4 places taken up by LeBron, Durant, Carmelo and Paul George. That leaves the 5th spot open. In my opinion it's between Deng, Gay, and Parsons; and out of the 3 I think Parsons that overall best player.

@PG, Rudy Gay doesn't belong in the top 20, let alone a top 10. Every team he leaves does better without him. Just because you're a ball hog doesn't mean you're good.
1. Lebron
2. Durant
3. George
4. Leonard
5. Batum
Melo's not that good. If he was, his team wouldn't be krap. People need to learn to stop glorifying volume shooters, and start realizing what they really are - guys who take shots and possessions away from more efficient players. Melo's true shooting percentage is lower than Jeremy Lin's (look it up). That's how average of a scorer he is (and usually post players have a higher TS% than guards). The fact that he scores so much (meaning he eats up a LOT of possessions) should tell you why the Knicks are so bad. And it's not like he plays defense or passes. But I digress, he's still better than Parsons because of his rebounding. Parsons is probably #7. Pierce is past his prime, so he'd probably be 8th. Deng is 9th. After next year, these guys will have to compete with Wiggins and Parker too.

5 is Deng. Deng defense is much better, and is offense is just a little bit worse than Parsons. I think #6 is Rudy because of his inside-outside game on offense. 7th is Batum because of his defensive ability and his 3 point shot. Parsons is 8th in my opinion.
