my GPA should be around 3.86-4.0 but since I came from another country where the scoring system was different I currently have a 3.58 GPA. What can I do?

i just got my report card and it says I have a 3.58 GPA

here are my grades:

-PreAp Geometry 84

-PreAp Geography 92

-PreAp Biology 95

-AP Human Geography 94

-Digital Arts 96

-English 2 92

-Speech 100

Wouldn't my GPA be 3.7

I know it's still too early to tell but possibly. He's been having a very good summer league and I doubt the Heat will keep him because they already have Deng and Granger at the SF. Miami would be able to trade him for a wing player or a big.
