Best runner: Mike Vick hands down
Underrated: Andrew Luck, he's surprisingly agile for a pocket passer

Honestly, it's hard to say. Maybe if he weren't such a good scrambler, he might have put more effort into playing the QB position the way it's meant to be played. Who knows? Maybe he'd be better than he is now. I honestly don't think he's much of a QB anyway...more like a RB wearing a QB number

Everybody forgets that Kaepernick beat Vick's old rushing record by a quarterback with 181 yards last year.

Luck is. White players don't get as much credit for Athleticism but Luck is a freak athlete. No one gives him credit because he's white though. He just had like a 20 yards touchdown run on Sunday. Looked Damn fast to me. Geno is pretty fast too. But all the other guys you named get alot of credit for their running ability.

Wouldn't know but Vick is unbelievable, definitely one of a kind. Fast and surprisingly injury resistant despite his size and beatings he takes
