Bra is leaking after I punctured it?

I was studding a bra just now and when I pierced the fuller part of the sewn-in padding, it started leaking. What is the substance?

    Throw it away. Its probably a gel like substance or silicone. If is a water bra it could be water?

    Just don't mess with it, it could be toxic.
