What is the best antivirus?

The only 2 reputable independent testings and ratings that don't charge for their test results I know of are AV-Comparatives.org and AV-Test.org and they haven't released any ratings recently. No anti-virus is 100%, and any anti-virus is dependent on its installation, windows version, and settings that all have an effect on its performance. I personally decided on Avast free (custom settings) as the "core" of my own "Internet Security Suite" built from top rated components such as a firewall, hosts file manager, anti-malware programs (2 not residing in memory), Ccleaner. I'm sure my choice of security programs will stand up to or even surpass the performance of any Internet Security Suite and use far less resources then any security suite. You should base your decision on the highest detection rates with the fewest false positives, if your limited in how much memory you have installed you should also examine the least amount of resources that particular anti-virus program utilizes.

So far we went through many and finally using Kaspersky internet security..not free..try Aveera or avast for free..but these two are just anti virus not internet security..

i think kaspersky is the best....at now i using comodo..it's also not bad......
