At that point, your parents are not responsible for you at all and the social services system will decide if you live in fostercare or a youth home. You could try to get married at 16 with both of you emancipated but that is up to the judge and your court appointed guardian. It is extremely unlikely that they will say yes to that. You can elope legally at 18.

You'll want to look for something called "emancipation." If you're looking to elope I assume you'll be doing this without parental consent? As long as you're both minors your parents will likely (assuming Louisiana doesn't have some backwards-*** law from way back when still on the books) intervene unless you two are emancipated by the court system.
