HELP!! I put too much oil in my car!!?

I don't know that car, but that is about a third of a quart. That does not sound like will hurt the car. Most likely it will burn off. Usually the issue with over filling the oil is that it foams up, or can send oil into the cats.

As for the noise, that does not seem related to the oil.

Let the car idle in the driveway for 30-45 minutes. Let sit for 15 minutes then check oil.

If you are worried about it, you can loosen the drain plug by hand while holding up, then let a little oil out and put back in.

3 or 4 ml is nothing to worry about ......... that`s too small an amount to cause problems . It may be a lot more than that because if your car is over by that amount , your dipstick would read normal .

There are those plaster basters with a bulb on the end you use it to take up turkey juices.

Get one of them and use it to take the excess oil out.

a quart overfilled is a little on the edge of being dangerous, it depends on the engine. I'd drain a quart out and be safe

3-4 mls? around a half pint? ignore it but drive at reduced revs for a week or so allowing excess o burn off. if worried? or want it lowered .. drain some off.
