I sold an item on ebay to 2 people?
So I was listing a cell phone on ebay, someone bidded and bought it, but wasn't responding to messages/sent payment, so I filed a unpaid item claim and relisted the item, and after the item sold to another person and recieved payment, the guy decides to close the unpaid item case and pay for the phone... What should I do now?

I have no idea why you filed an Unpaid Item claim just because the buyer did not answer your email. There was no reason to email him. Since you sold the item to someone else, you simply refund the original buyer his money.
