I like a house, Realtor unresponsive.What do i do?

OK So I really like this house but I seriously have no idea but my realtor isnt answering my phone calls etc etc.

Only thing I sent to my realtor is my pre-approval letter ( or pre-qual) letter always confused.

I didn't sign anything.

i do feel bad about this whole thing because she sent me the listing via her MLS emails.

but can i approach another realtor to get this house?

what do i do?

    Call the office the realtor works for and tell the manager about your problem. If you just go to another realtor, you'll creae a mess since both will be due a commission.

    Find another Realtor. Any Realtor can arrange the purchase of that house.

    Any realtor can do the paperwork. Find another realtor you should not have to beg someone to spend your money.

    yes - find a realtor who wants to work with you and help you purchase the house of your choice
