Slow internet speed?

When using wireless with the router i get .95 max mbs

When using the ethernet cable through the router i get 28.9mbs

Here is my speed test as i am making this question

http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3429065339

Before i reset my router to factory default it was giving about 10-15mbs on wireless.

Router ISP connection type is currently Dynamic

Security is WPA/WPA2

Is there anything on the router that i can change to get more juice out of it?

Belkin N300 Wireless N

Model#-F9K1002v5

I asked about this in a previous question today but didn't receive good help.

Update:

split between surfing and gaming. Typically they dont happen at the same time.
