Will she say yes if I simply ask her to prom?
I'm not trying to do anything big because I don't want to make it more awkward because I barely know the girl and she barely knows me we only have a class together and we barely talk. So will she say yes if I only stop her by around campus and tell her that I kinda have feelings for her and tell her that she's the only one I'd like to take to prom ?

I personally would say no. If you guys barely talk don't go soo over the top but still do something sweet. Make cupcake and frost prom? on them. Or something along those lines. It shows you are trying, just asking her might not do it.
