Why can't Asians (or blacks) be natural blondes or redheads?

I know they CAN but it's rare and they're usually albino if they do. But why is that?

Lots of Cantonese people are natural redheads. I'm Chinese, I was born with red hair but it turned black over time. My grandma use to call me "Orange Peel." I know my great great grandmother was from Spain, but I don't know what her ethnicity is. I think she was a gypsy. But it's such a small part of me, I usually don't mention it to anyone.

    Not true.

First off, blonde hair is a genetic mutation... but a blonde hair mutation ALSO happened in Melanesia, not just Europe... this blonde hair mutation only happened in Europe and Melanesia, it never happened in Asia and it never happened in Africa, and it never happened in the Americas either.
